The Western Region of Ghana has significant oil reserves. The WRCF was set up to engage large numbers of stakeholders on what they saw a priorities and focuses. 64,000 people attended and gave their views. I helped the team design engagement with key stakeholders and focus on the issue of vocational training that emerged over time.
